I'd like to find a group of middle aged women who want to meet 2 or 3 times a week to walk for exercise. I know that if I have others who are committed to meeting at a certain time and place, I will be more likely to show up. I envision women of a "certain age" (around 45-65) who can walk at least a mile in at least 20 minutes. I hope to do more than that, but we could start with that. No children or teens.
